Tahlia Owen

Tahlia is a Speech Pathologist who works across our two offices. Tahlia graduated from the University of Newcastle and is passionate about providing speech pathology services in Port Stephens, where she has strong connections as she resides in the area with her school-aged daughter. 

 

Tahlia enjoys working through family-centred practice and evidence-based interventions to support her clients to achieve their communication goals. Tahlia works with our paediatric clients and particularly enjoys working with preschool aged children to prepare them for the speech, language and literacy demands of Kindergarten and beyond. 

 

Tahlia has completed additional training in The Lidcombe Program for stuttering, Sounds Write for literacy, and Hanen It Takes Two to Talk for early language intervention.
