How can a speech pathologist help?

We provide personalised treatment plans that include your family or carers to improve functional communication. Our therapy focuses on building speech sound skills, improving confidence, and supporting family or carers with regular at home activities.

Our Speech Pathologists Tegan Ison and Karin McIntyre are both certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) clinicians. "LSVT Loud is a behavioural program designed to create sustained improvement in speech and voice function. It's an evidence-based treatment that helps patients with speech problems increase their vocal loudness and ability to be understood".
